As a Team Lead, you will be leading and developing a team of implementation specialists who are project focused and are responsible for maintaining and driving the client relationship post sale; ensuring that project requirements are understood and executed on time. In this role, you will lead team meetings and cross department initiatives, coach team members through consistent one on one’s to ensure that they have the support, resources, and tools to be successful.

What you’ll do:

• Build and lead a high-performing team, provide training, coaching, mentorship and professional development to ensure team is performing, meeting individual and team metrics, and highly engaged to support and deliver world-class implementation support.
• Manage onboarding projects for new clients, and coordinate with the Implementations Team to ensure timely implementation of add-on services.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the implementation team, working with other Team Leads across Client Services, Product, Development and CloudOps teams to manage and resolve customer issues and escalations.
• Define, refine, and report on key operational metrics and find data trends.
• Work alongside Management to craft and implement Absorb customer experience strategies to delight Absorb Software’s clients in every interaction through our clients’ onboarding journey.
• Review team capacity and project assignment.
• Lead regular team meetings and mentor/coach team members.
• Develop individual team members through one on one’s; including project progress, goal management and target tracking.
• Serve as the first escalation point for client and team issues.

What you’ll bring:

• Able to maintain high quality service delivery and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data analysis abilities.
• Previous team lead and/or supervisory experience required.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the capability to take initiative.
• Minimum 3 years managing client onboarding, implementation, and/or training experience in the software industry.
• Proven Project Management experience for small projects.

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Second language, French preferable.
• Gainsight admin experience would be considered an asset.
