The PrimePay Team is in search of a motivated individual who will be selling into our enterprise clientele (500+ employees) within multi-state regions.

What YOU will be doing:
- Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners
- Successfully sell PrimePay's total product suite
- Study and understand the competitive landscape and customer needs, so you can effectively and competitively position and sell PrimePay's products
- Expert with consultative selling methodologies
- Work closely with Solutions Consultants to present, identify and sell key product functionality and features to customers
- Collaborate with sales counterparts to develop a winning strategy for prospective customers
- Provide support for marketing activities and events
Success will come if you are/have:
- You will be expected to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, newer-to-market, technology-focused environment that is reimagining the HCM space
- Demonstrated success selling to the C level
- Self-motivated, Self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must have the ability to be involved with multiple sales processes concurrently and have excellent organizational skills
- Proven familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
- Strong understanding of the competitive product landscape and customer needs in order to effectively position, and close deals for PrimePay
- Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners
- Demonstrated ability to proactively manage customers, and sell through various stages and levels of the sales cycle
- This position includes a competitive salary and benefits plan, along with an aggressive commissions incentive plan
- Fun, energetic, and work hard/play hard mentality!
- 4+ years previous HCM or related SaaS enterprise software field sales experience is required, preferably selling into the enterprise level market, with proven successful results. HR/HCM technology sales background preferred
- Hyper-competitive; Ideal candidate will have a thirst for landing new selling verticals, and grabbing competitive market landscape for PrimePay
- Demonstrated track record of successful revenue attainment

- A competitive base salary with performance-based commissions and bonuses. Base salary is in the $100K - $120K range plus uncapped commission
