Finvi (previously Ontario Systems) is looking for Enterprise Sales Executive.
This position will be remote. You may work where you live anywhere in the United States.
The Role
Finvi (previously Ontario Systems) has a new and exciting position as Enterprise Software Sales Executive on our sales team focusing on our State & Local Government Accounts Receivable / Payments line of business.
Location This position is remote, and the candidate selected may work where they live anywhere in the United States. Candidate will focus on domestic prospects.
What You'll Do
- Forecast with accuracy the potential increase in revenue from assigned prospects in your territory
- Be a trusted advisor to clients and prospects by demonstrating a competency in the industry, product, and services
- Ensure client satisfaction and client retention, ensuring your customers see you as a partner
- Manage a robust pipeline to meet revenue bookings goals and proactively move opportunities through the customer journey
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue bookings goals for products and services
- Demonstrate ability to prospect to create an active pipeline of new revenue opportunities that facilitates success in bookings goals
What You'll Need
- Experience selling complex/consultative solutions (not commodity sales) within enterprise software, government, and/or accounts receivable
- Must have a strong desire to win with a competitive spirit. We are looking for a hunter, not a farmer!
- Software sales within a team environment
- Knowledge and contacts in the government/accounts receivables sectors is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a successful field sales professional
- Strong intellectual curiosity and demonstrated ability to sell in a competitive environment – solution selling is very important
- Demonstrated technical and business acumen and ability to persuade and influence
- Bachelor’s degree in sales/professional selling, business, marketing, public relations, management, STEM, or related field
- Demonstration of consistent achievement (and exceeding) of revenue bookings goals, quotas and related objectives
- Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus!
- Must be able to travel up to 40-50% of the time

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $84,700 - $158,300 per year.
Finvi has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role (the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location). Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Finvi, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and equity. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and role. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
