Job Description

Business Development- Regional Leads

We are looking for self-motivated, results-driven Business Development Leads for different regions (US/ UK/ GCC/ Australia-New Zealand).

As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our client base in your market. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the market and maximizing revenue potential.


Compensation:

Compensation for this role is linked to the business generated, providing a rewarding incentive for your efforts. Role can be part-time or full-time and is fully remote- we’d prefer it if you are based in the countries where we want to expand. Details regarding the commission structure and performance-based incentives will be discussed during the interview process.


Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities:

• Identify and close potential clients in different industries for outsourcing creative and media services.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

• Proactively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals,

and online platforms.


2. Build and maintain client relationships:

• Engage with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and present our creative and media outsourcing solutions effectively.

• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, concerns, and requests.

3. Develop and execute sales strategies:

• Collaborate with the management team to define sales targets, strategies, and action plans. • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new

business opportunities.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.


4. Collaborate with internal teams:

• Coordinate with the creative, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

• Share client feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.


5. Stay updated on industry trends and developments:

• Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the creative and media outsourcing industry.

• Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to expand our visibility, network and knowledge for yourself and for internal teams.


Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (desirable not mandatory)

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Experience in the creative, media, or advertising industry is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of outsourcing models and the creative production process.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels. • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
