Orion Solutions Group is working with a leading 3PL company, in search of a Senior Regional Business Development Manager. You will play a crucial role in prospecting and developing new business opportunities, providing customer-centric solutions that drive success in the transportation industry.
- Foster face-to-face meetings with current and potential customers, building strong relationships that drive business growth in a territory free environment.
- Qualify and initiate contact with potential customers, fostering valuable relationships.
- Capitalize on market trends and identify new business opportunities, keeping our client at the forefront of the industry.
- Drive new business initiatives, contributing to the growth and success.
- Collaborate with operational branches to implement strategic pricing solutions, always ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Prior experience in the transportation/logistics industry, preferably selling in a brokerage environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to convey value and drive results.
- Excellent relationship building skills to cultivate strong connections with customers.
- Proven track record of closing new business and achieving sales success.
- Base salary between $80-90K, with an attractive incentive package, recognizing and rewarding your success.
