We are looking to add two Business Development Executives to our dynamic, dedicated, and talented team. Seeking candidates with a top-notch work ethic who thrive in organizations that are evolving and leading the way we do marketing.


Job Summary:


As a vital part of our new business growth strategy, the Business Development Executives for our HubSpot services business are responsible for building relationships within the HubSpot ecosystem, executing upon an outbound new business strategy, and ultimately driving net new retainer business.

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Demonstrate top tier organizational skills and a repeatable sales process
  • Develops, cultivates, and nurtures self-generated leads to strengthen outbound activity using a combination of outreach tools and systems to include phone, email, and social media, and CRM
  • Effectively manage self sourced leads in pipeline using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, Zoominfo, and Avoma
  • Are Top Producers in their current role
  • Working on a team to drive a fun and competitive environment
  • Have the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales
  • Have a sharp focus on their goals and a belief that their daily, weekly and monthly activities will help achieve them
  • Manage all aspects of the sales funnel, from qualification to close
  • Building partnership relationships with HubSpot and other channel partners
  • Deep understanding and desire to help businesses grow better
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Full cycle sales expertise, from prospecting and qualification, to setting initial meetings and presenting a proposal, to ultimately closing the deal.
  • Can effectively communicate with internal teams while being remote and working autonomously
  • Have exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
Requirements:


  • Marketing experience preferred, not required
  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience
  • Prospecting and closing net new business
  • Multi-approach outbound methodologies
  • HubSpot CRM experience
  • Understanding of agency operations experience
