POSITION OVERVIEW:

• We are seeking a Product Manager to join our product team. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new products and features, including defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization. The ideal candidate has experience in product management, a deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS market, and a passion for delivering exceptional products that drive customer value using product led growth methodologies.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evangelize the product internally and externally, and communicate updates and new features to customers and stakeholders
• Generate detailed product requirements documentation, working closely with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and customer success to develop and launch high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth
• Work closely with engineering teams to define and deliver product features in an agile environment
• Develop and track product metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions
• Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our products
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform product decisions
• Continuously seek to improve product management skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and news
• Define and prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Passion for technology, with a deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS market and emerging trends
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and product analytics tools like Pendo or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on HR Tech / enterprise SaaS products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
