Project Manager Non-Tech - Tech Events, English 16616 - 133567


A leading tech company is seeking a Project Manager Non-Tech - Tech Events. The successful candidate will support the Americas region Event Experiences team as the Project Manager for all 1st Party Events in English for the US, Canada, and English Speaking Caribbean markets. The ideal candidate has prior Event Management and/or Marketing experience. The company offers a great work environment!


Project Manager Non-Tech - Tech Events, English Pay and Benefits:


  • 40 hours/week, 10 Month Assignment
  • Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
  • Hourly pay: $35/hr.


Project Manager Non-Tech - Tech Events, English Responsibilities


  • Coordinate xKit, Device Bar, and Event Device Kit with MaaS and Arvato.
  • Execute Processes in Event Systems - EMC, Campaign Desk, MaSH, Calendars, MPT, Web Updates, and Localization Requests.
  • Coordinate with Azure BG's workshop and hack field request processes.
  • Handle Workback Schedule discipline and standard workflow comms for all EN-US events.
  • Responsible for on-site run of show staff prep.
  • Schedule Digital Event Production Studio and handle speaker prep using AirTable, MASV, and Outlook.


Project Manager Non-Tech - Tech Events, English Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of Event Management and/or Marketing experience.
  • 3-5 years of Excel experience.
  • 3-5 years of Program Management experience.


Compensation: From $35.00 to $35.00 per hour
