Expected salary range of $104,400 to $116,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose Of Position

Implements the contract management process to ensure that work is completed safely, with high quality, while adhering to job schedule and budget according to contract requirements. Responsible for management and oversight of onsite contractors. Ensures that all Exelon Power requirements such as Fitness for Duty and specific job training are met prior to the contractor starting work.

Primary Duties And Accountabilities

• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Issues change orders as appropriate.
• Understands contract requirements
• Provides feedback on contractor performance.
• Coordinates all contractor site work activities.
• Acts as official liaison with contractor representatives.
• Coordinates the development of bid specifications with input from technical users and buyers.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated experience dealing with contractors
• BS in engineering or business with 6+ years professional experience OR
• H.S. Diploma with 10+ years experience and 5+ years exempt-level experience
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to understand power plant processes and systems
• Demonstrated self-management skills
• Experience with contract management and supply management
• Associates Degree with 8+ years experience and 3+ years exempt-level experience OR
• Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and situations, identify areas for improvement and determine appropriate corrective actions
