• Helping develop and implement modern digital marketing strategies to drive growth
• Building relationships with potential clients, conducting discovery and proposal calls, and managing follow-ups

Qualifications:

Our Performance-Based Marketing Strategist position requires a highly experienced marketing professional who is deeply versed in the intricacies of digital marketing, client acquisition, and strategic consulting. The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, influence and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role or a similar capacity, demonstrating successful leadership and strategy development.
• Substantial experience working with startups and small businesses, ideally in an advisory or consultancy role, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the capability to persuade and convert potential leads into loyal clients.
• Proven expertise in crafting comprehensive marketing strategies from the ground up, aligning them with business goals and industry trends.
• Demonstrable proficiency in a wide range of digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• A strong analytical skillset, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and leverage these insights to drive strategy and decision-making.
• A solid track record in freelance marketing, showing successful client acquisitions and conversions.

Compensation:

As a Performance-Based Marketing Strategist, your compensation will be directly tied to your ability to generate and convert leads.

• When you onboard a new client, you will receive a 10% commission on the client's first month payment.
• For every new lead, regardless of whether they convert into a client or not, you will earn a $100 flat fee.
• In addition, you will earn a 5% equity share for each paying client for every month they stay onboard with us. This means that you will receive a commission check every single month for each of your onboarded clients, even after the first month.
