Job Description
Do you love authentic teams and product-led startups but want to flex your marketing muscles at scale? Join Sinch! We are seeking an innovative and proven Manager, Performance Marketing to join our hardworking CPaaS marketing team. Reporting to our Director, Growth Marketing, you will help us define and implement a comprehensive advertising and demand generation strategy across numerous channels and geographies. You will be responsible for setting campaign goals, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and driving ongoing campaign optimization through analysis and iteration.


This role not only works on critical initiatives, but is also involved in day-to-day activities, running agency relationships and leading a team of in-house performance marketers. You will drive demand for our self-serve and product-led motions as well as support our enterprise and sales-led funnels. Responsibilities


  • Allocate budget across different channels and campaign groups, and consistently revisit budget allocation based on campaign performance.
  • Own entire lifecycle of all advertising campaigns, including overall strategy and design, day-to-day management, execution, analysis, and ongoing optimization.
  • Hire, lead, and mentor a small team of performance marketers to meet and exceed acquisition growth targets from paid channels.
  • Measure and report key findings from campaigns to help inform marketing strategy on a monthly basis.
  • Oversee the day-to-day relationship with external agencies and source new partnerships and agencies as needed.
  • Manage and improve performance in paid search and paid social with consistent experimentation and optimization.
  • Partner with campaign and lifecycle teams to develop data-driven demand gen and ABM strategies to generate new leads and signups.


Requirements


  • 4+ years of experience managing campaigns for B2B SaaS companies, ideally with experience in both self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
  • Prior experience managing a team and large budgets.
  • Expertise in various channels and tools, including: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GDN, YouTube Advertising, and 6sense.
  • Proven success working cross-functionally in larger organizations with different teams.
  • You are energetic, resourceful, and driven, and have the ownership to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with audience identification and segmentation; ability to drive efficient targeting, retargeting and personalization
  • A sense of humor preferred
  • 6+years building and running acquisition campaigns across various digital channels to drive revenue and increase ROI.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $148,000 - $194,250. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
