Account Executive (Commission Based)

Job description
We are actively searching for an exceptional client relationship and solution sales executive who can drive our organization by engaging potential clients. We are looking for candidates who possess an entrepreneurial mindset, loves to have fun and who has the experience and track record of growth.
Note: This is a 100% commission based role. % of commission is negotiable for exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain client relationships
Build Partnerships
Track and record metrics throughout sales process
Meet and exceed financial goals
Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Develop/plan sales strategy and effectively position our products and services
Cultivate relationships with Smartsheet personnel
Run complex sales cycles managing prospects
Manage multiple, concurrent deal cycles, while maintaining accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
Manage a quarterly sales quota
Provide strategic insight and support for marketing activities and events
Work with the internal team to develop estimates for work (SOW) to better position us in the market
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
