Sr. Dir, Brand Marketing (REMOTE - U.S. based)
About The Role:
We seek an experienced Sr. Dir, Brand Marketing for our quickly growing organization. In this role, your contributions will help grow the business by driving high-quality top of funnel demand that converts to qualified pipelines and ultimately, revenue. As part of the larger Marketing team, you will report to our VP, Marketing; together, you will primarily be responsible for building and leading a demand generation team. Key Responsibilities
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible for:
  • Organizational alignment. Partnering closely within the Marketing team (Demand Generation, Product Marketing and Marketing Operations) and across the organization especially with Product, Customer Success and Sales to achieve cross-functional objectives.
  • Visual Identity and Brand Guidelines. Build out, maintain and evolve our brand identity and guidelines. Through a team member, manage all design requests from across marketing, sales, customer success and professional services.
  • Leadership. Leading the brand team which currently consists of 5 team members covering Events, PR, Creative Design and Website. Create vision for growth of the team and annual and quarterly objectives aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Playing as well as coaching. We are a roll up your sleeves team. Directly contributing to the work as needed, to ensure the team is successful.
  • Content. Develop our content strategy for short-form and long-form content and manage the creation of all written and visual content.
  • Brand Strategy. Develop a comprehensive brand strategy (vision, mission, values, positioning, architecture) that permeates every touchpoint in our customers' journey. Effectively communicate the strategy to stakeholders across the business and Senior Leadership Team. Develop key messaging for the Accredible brand and ensure it is constantly updated to reflect the growth and expansion of the company.
  • Website. You will lead a team member and agencies to develop the strategy for our corporate website including reporting and analytics, SEO, maintenance and future development and testing.
  • Delivery & Results. Managing the execution of the Brand team on a day to day basis, ensuring that the team is delivering against goals to impact the business. Analyzing performance and using data to optimize projects. Communicating results with frequency to stakeholders.
  • Communications & Events. You will lead the team responsible for building an effective corporate communications strategy that includes media relations, awards, social media to grow our brand awareness as well as an events strategy focused on sponsored events, while growing an owned events strategy.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
CompetenciesMust have a track record of successfully building a brand strategy and growing market awareness. Must have leadership experience.
