Overview People Associate is a professional role that involves managing the human resources of an organization. This includes recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing employees. The People Associate is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s human resources are managed in a way that is compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The People Associate is responsible for managing the human resources of an organization. This includes recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing employees. The People Associate is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s human resources are managed in a way that is compliant with applicable laws and regulations. The People Associate is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to human resources. The People Associate is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and partners. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a human resources role
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, and training processes
• Knowledge of employee relations and performance management
Job Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a human resources role
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Experience in managing employee relations and performance management
