Director, People & Culture Jobs

Our client, a nonprofit cultural institution centered around preserving media history, is seeking a Director of People and Culture to join their team in New York City. Key responsibilities would include leading the development and implementation of a scalable, comprehensive HR strategy based on the best practices to support the success of the organization, designing and implementing policies, and reviewing and optimizing HR processes by using innovation, technology, and data-driven solutions to increase operational efficiency and lead the design and implementation of a multi-dimensional diversity, inclusion, and engagement strategy that supports their ongoing commitment to DEI. The ideal candidate can take ownership of all tasks, be resourceful and creative when it comes to problem-solving, as well as be incredibly organized when it comes to meeting deadlines. - Bachelor's Degree, required in HR or related field
- 15+ years of experience, including serving as Head of HR
- Expertise in managing employee relations
- Strong, proven recruitment experience

The salary range for this role is $150-175k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
