We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Business Service Center Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring operational continuity and delivering prompt, accurate assistance to candidates. Responsibilities
Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to candidates, ensuring their inquiries are tracked and documented within our advanced Taleo Onboarding system.
Foster positive customer service relationships by delivering exceptional service with a caring and professional attitude.
Investigate and actively seek resolutions to problems and concerns, demonstrating a proactive approach to providing solutions.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when researching and responding to customer inquiries and issues.
Develop and maintain accurate information within our Human Capital Management System (HCM) and Taleo Recruit Onboarding.
Collaborate with various departments in Human Resources to identify and document best practice processes.
Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and standards, including budgetary specifications, time management, supply management, productivity, and practice accuracy.
Promote individual professional growth and development by meeting mandatory/continuing education requirements and supporting department-based goals.
Serve as a preceptor, mentor, and resource to the Human Resources Business Service Center.
Participate in project teams and perform special projects as assigned by leadership.
Maintain compliance with internal controls and reporting structures.
Perform related duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum Of Two Years Of Relevant Experience.
Experience working with PeopleSoft HCM version 8.8 or higher.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions with minimal guidance, and think critically.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively with peers and business partners.
Familiarity with HR onboarding processes and systems such as TaleoHR is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience and proficiency in PeopleSoft and TaleoHR Onboarding.
Relevant experience at UTMB or similar organizations.
Salary Range
We offer a competitive salary range of $46,000.00 to $50,000.00, with actual compensation being commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule
This is a local remote work position with a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8am to 5pm, with occasional flexibility as needed.
