Hr Additions has a fun loving company near downtown Dallas seeking an HR Generalist to assist in coverage for a maternity leave.

This role is in office and will start ASAP. Top candidate will be able to commit through October 2023.

HR Generalist will be responsible for:

• Recruiting-full cycle to include posting positions, interview and offer
• Ensure employee benefits and 401K are up to date and work with outside brokers as needed
• Assist in Payroll as needed to ensure promotions, transfers, bonuses and garnishments up to date
• Employee relations addressing employee concerns quicklly
• Onboarding to include backgrounds and orientations

HR Generalist background should include:

• 3+ years in HR Generalist position
• Payroll and benefits knowledge
