Client

Our client is a well-established, growing battery business, who are transforming the lithium-ion cell manufacturing process and platforms for electric mobility, aerospace, and stationary power.

Due to considerable growth and new exciting projects, they require a Senior HR Generalist to work on their site in Cambridge (relocating to Westwood 2024). Responsible for onboarding, compensation and benefits, in-house training, employee relations and other special projects as well as being the main contact for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Perform new hire onboarding, both in person and virtually
• Respond to employee HR questions and provide additional resources
• Support global hiring efforts and keep abreast of international requirements and employment perspectives
• Manage HRIS and assist with implementation changes
• Administration of all benefit enrollments and implementation of changes when required

Requirements

The successful candidate is required to have at least 5 years of experience in a Generalist HR wole along with an HR certificate and a proven track record of managing HRIS systems.

This person must be people driven, with the ability to work with employees of all levels in a fast-paced, diverse environment along with an understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws.

Additionally, you should be able to partner with an HR Manager to assist on a broad scope of responsibilities and projects.
