About The Role
The Partner Strategy & Operations Director will play an integral role in creating Zillow’s future enhanced partner network vision by designing and collaborating with Partners to identify and develop initiatives that enable scalable and more efficient growth. We are looking for an inspiring leader that anticipates business issues and influences internal/external solutions by leveraging data analysis, research, industry best practices, and optimizing operational levers that deliver business and partnership growth. The role is a unique mix of operational and strategic expertise, business model/process innovation, and client management where you’ll work collaboratively to achieve high impact outcomes sitting at the intersection of Operations, Product, Data, Sales, Marketing and external Partners. You will be responsible for the overall engagement model and Partner account, roadmap development, and run execution to achieve goals. Energized by ambiguity and complex problems, a strong Partner Strategy & Operations Director has an interest in connecting disparate concepts, weaving together innovative solutions to chart a new course, and the confidence and composure to drive alignment with internal and external collaborators.
You will get to:
Partner Engagement & Management
  • Accountable for partner portfolio management and progress tracking
  • Own and manage day-to-day relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate new product rollouts and tests with various teams
  • Strengthen relationships and resolve operational issues
  • Collaborate with partners to improve processes and scalability
Project management
  • Create partner roadmaps aligned with the strategic vision
  • Find opportunities for operational efficiency and integration
  • Carry through decision-making and prioritize initiatives
  • Drive projects in collaboration with partners and stakeholders
Analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving
  • Gather feedback and determine tech/tool strategies for operational scaling
  • Conduct analyses to optimize business performance
  • Explore strategic solutions and concepts for partners
  • Innovate and test systems for increased efficiency
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $140,100.00 - $223,900.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Qualifications
  • Strong academic performance or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in client account management
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of proven experience in consulting, strategy, or operations
