Kodi Collective™ Marketing Execution Services offers a versatile portfolio of creative and marketing production solutions that will inspire companies to think differently about how they take their brand to market. We’ve got the expertise to guide customers through what’s possible, to execute reliably, and to deliver with passion because we care about the brand as much as our customers do.
Kodi Collective began back in 1864 as R.R. Donnelley - the first name in American Printing. We revolutionized print marketing then, and today we continue to evolve along with the needs of our customers. It’s in our DNA. We now stand at the junction of traditional print, digital print, and visual communications. Our talented teams and asset-rich capacity are here to transform your ideas into action. If you are looking to revolutionize how your brand lives in an omni-channel world, we’ll take it from here.
What does the Director of Strategy & Commercial Operations do?
Reporting to the SVP, Product and Growth Leader, the Director of Strategy & Commercial Operations is responsible for developing and executing mission-critical strategic initiatives that drive growth for Kodi Collective. Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations – the incumbent will utilize their broad skillset to accelerate the growth and refinement of our physical and service-based products. This is a unique opportunity to join a PE-backed company and work with senior leaders from both the investment and port-co side to build something while also operating it.
A typical week may look like this:
- Tuesday – Perform market research on another one of our product platforms. Assess the viability of entering a new market given current capabilities. Determine market/product gaps and recommended approach.
- Thursday – Fly out Thursday morning to meet a salesperson at a prospective customer. Help communicate elements of our value proposition and establish relationships with the buyers.
- Wednesday – Work with finance and IT resources to help automate the ingestion and visualization of key operational and financial metrics so that we can make data-based decisions faster and with more confidence.
- Monday – Work with a sales leader from one of our seven product platforms to refine their go-to-market approach. Translate capabilities into a message that will resonate with our target market and collaborate with the marketing team to develop revised sales tools and a growth campaign for next quarter.
- Friday – Debrief on our Thursday sales effort with the sales leader and the head of growth. Help ideate our next steps in the pursuit and drive them with a cross functional team from sales, operations, and marketing.
Who are you?
