Welcome to W/:\RP, an optimized network of cross docks and carriers connected through one tech platform to bring shippers the best rates, transparency and service quality in the transportation industry.
We are looking for someone to head our network of cross-dock facilities across the country. Warp utilizes a network of third-party facilities (ranging from small operations to large ones). The candidate would work closely with facility operators to ensure successful onboarding and training, and setting them up for success within our network.
Responsibilities include:
Assist in the overall management of our vast network of partners’ cross docks across the country
Develop and update SOPs
Manage performance of cross-dock day-to-day operations
Training cross-dock partners on WARP`s technology
Onboarding of new facilities across the country
Negotiate terms and pricing
Assist in completing onsite and remote operational audits.
Assist in partner compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures and promptly address issues
Implement projects and new technologies at multiple cross-dock locations
Streamline communication between partners and our internal operations
Job requirements:
Ability to travel and visit partner facilities across the US
Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance
