Senior Director Clinical Operations And Strategy

Barrington James are partnered with a global medical imaging company focused in the Oncology space who are searching for a senior director Clinical Operations and strategy.

This director will work directly with senior leadership teams to determine strategic vision for their MRI and imaging department and will have the opportunity to build out and lead their own clinical operations department.

The team are based on the east and west coasts and would require on-site travel for your first week for training to either CA or CT with remote work and hybrid following on.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) in biomedical engineering, medical physics, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership in a commercial medical imaging (MRI, PET, CT, SPECT, and/or ultrasound) startup environment working to support business needs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, influence stakeholders, and manage regulatory requirements.
• 10+ years of experience in medical imaging with particular focus in MRI.
• Proven success in clinical research, multi-center trials, and medical device industry.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating strong team management skills.
