Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations to own key expansion initiatives and help drive efficiency and growth of the overall Corestream business. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker capable of guiding strategy in a fast-moving environment, while simultaneously being detail-oriented, and efficient in execution and project management. This role will have a high level of ownership and visibility across the organization.


The right candidate for this role will have a bias towards execution, a willingness to “roll up their sleeves,” and a proven track record of working cross-functionally with leaders of all levels in order to launch and project manage new initiatives.


Your Mission:


  • Work closely with SVP, Marketing and Marketing Team to define direction of consumer strategy and messaging and develop marketing content and collateral that delivers on Corestream’s mission and drives results
  • Own the consumer marketing launch of a major business expansion partner channel. Lead marketing launch strategy and work closely with partner’s marketing team on rollout
  • Collaborate with key teams across the organization (Product, Account Management, Customer Care, Design) to ensure we deliver a consistent, engaging, customer-focused message and experience
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis of campaign data and customer funnels, and other performance data
  • Work across the organization to define and execute on key marketing growth initiatives and operational improvements
  • Partner with Data & Analytics Teams to implement data-driven marketing testing strategy and define measurement frameworks and metrics
  • Advise SVP Marketing and manage cross-departmental strategic projects and operational enhancements to improve efficiency and impact
