The Marketing Manager, Creative Development Services will be tasked to develop and lead all patient communications by collaborating with marketing and clinicians to deliver clear, concise, and aesthetically pleasing videos and other collateral in physical and digital formats. Essential Job Duties:

• Develop high-quality presentations for the Board of Trustees and other C-level meetings by leveraging your knowledge and experience in typography, layout, contrast, and infographic.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and clinical teams to deliver patient education projects primarily in videos and other formats on an ad-hoc basis through developing creative and incorporating feedback throughout creative iterations
• Be a lead contributor in the evolution of patient communication guidelines (including standards for animation and transitions, asset libraries, and templates) that help educate patients on their health and wellness in our community
• Lead the strategic content creation from inception through completion for videos leveraging motion graphics experience to create personalized videos using our Idomoo vendor platform that leverages Adobe After Effects

Work Experience/Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, visual) with the ability to propose ideas across teams and to easily contextualize multiple ideas with one another
• Expert-level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, with a high level of proficiency in After Effects for video motion graphics and compositing
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a design role with a minimum of 4 years in motion graphics design preferably at an agency or in-house creative department (portfolio is required and should showcase the diversity of work and mastery of design skills where you were the lead)
• A strong track record of thinking beyond one design solution and one technical platform, seeking smart reusability and variability to storytelling in digital and physical mediums
• Proficiency in graphic design to support high-quality senior-level presentations
• Demonstrated success in creating dynamic collateral with the use of design fundamentals in motion, typography, layout, contrast, and information hierarchy, along with a keen eye for integrating visuals assets such as photography, illustration, and infographics to create intuitive and concise stories

Salary Range:
