• 5+ years of project management experience in the Creative Design, Product, Marketing, E-Commerce, or Social Media space. Creative Agency experience is a plus.
• Experience and strong understanding of the marketing funnel/marketing flywheel and how project management can influence planning based on it.
• Ability to stay motivated and motivate others in sometimes challenging situations.
• Ability to operate impactfully in a fast paced and ambiguous environment with confidence.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of design and smart copy.
• Expertise with data (understanding trends, solutioning against trends, and making recommendations based off of data and business goal(s) analysis).
• Management of large-scale programs with multiple deliverables end to end is a must.
• Expertise and comfort with project management and data tools (i.e.. Microsoft Project, Asana, Tableau, SAP Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Smartsheet) Strong multi-tasking ability.
• Video and/or Digital project management expertise (Understanding of the development cycle of each based on deliverables).
• Ability to reduce operational overhead, and complexity for XFNs.
• Outstanding communication skills (across all levels and disciplines within the organization). Inclusive of expectation setting, providing feedback, and communicating impact.

Nice to haves

PMP certification.

Leadership and management certification.

Hands on design and/or creative strategy experience.
