An integral multi-faceted role that will be immersed in every aspect of a growing small business. As direct assistant to the founder, you will be the lead in all areas of digital presence and brand growth. This role requires an assertive, yet adaptable approach elevating the vision of our food meets lifestyle brand. Experienced candidates are full of initiative that have worked with a premium product-based and/or create lifestyle business, successfully implementing presence that creates opportunity, thinks objectively to solidify brand positioning, understands and thrives in pivoting between tasks, a meticulous attention to detail, is quick-thinking and decisive, highly skilled in organizing and has a proven track record of conceptualizing projects to fruition.

Content creation

EMAIL NEWSLETTER

Create monthly calendar, draft, revise, publish

ADMIN

Organization of all files and systems

Research and sourcing

Create and maintain annual content calendar, acting as liaison with partners

WEB MANAGEMENT

Maintain Shopify website

Maintain digital presence across all platforms

Create and maintain various files for the team

Customer communications
