As a Creative Marketing Associate on the Institutional Marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role by helping support our strategic business pursuits, assisting at key stages of the opportunity from the proposal through to the final pitch.

Responsibilities:

• Proof and quality-check all work products and meet critical timelines
• Lead kickoff calls for key opportunities; support development of win themes and differentiators
• Own proposal process from initial receipt through final delivery; format, review, and edit final documents
• Craft new responses to proposal questions in collaboration with subject area leaders
• Support strategy, preparation, and content development for sales and retention opportunities
• Own presentation development for large business pursuits by using existing content and developing new content
• Continually update and refine content database

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Adept at listening, asking questions and taking initiative
• Prior experience with RFPs and proposal content management system (i.e. Qvidian) a plus
• Strong time management, project management and prioritization skills
• Effective communication and relationship-building across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership
• Marketing samples may be requested
• 4+ years of relatable professional experience
• Strong proficiency in Powerpoint a must with an eye for creative design
• An outstanding communicator with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
