Role: Partnership Development Representative

Job Type: Freelance, Part Time (20 hrs/week)

Rate: $30/hr. - $40/hr. (DOE)

Our startup client is in need of a Partnership Development Representative to help their team! This Partnership Development Representative role will be fully remote, and begin in a 20hr/week capacity.


The primary responsibilities for the successful Partnership Development Representative will include:

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Manage and track partnership performance, ensuring goals and objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay up-to-date on market trends and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product development teams to develop and execute partnership programs.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through partnerships with external organizations and individuals.
  • Negotiate and close partnership deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with partners to ensure effective collaboration and ongoing success.


The ideal Partnership Development Representative has:

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership programs and achieving revenue growth
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
