We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator, Promotions to join our growing team! Reporting to the Manager of Retention Marketing, this person will work on creating and implementing customer promotions to align with business needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, eager to make an impact.


What You Get To Do Every Day


  • Work with the Creative team to brief in new campaigns and improve existing creative assets
  • Maintain health of messaging platforms and audiences, and work with tech teams to address any bugs
  • Coordinate A/B tests across multiple marketing channels
  • Optimize existing campaigns based on performance, prioritizing for impact
  • Forecast impact of future marketing promotions
  • Upload custom audiences to email and mobile platforms
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Acquisition Marketing, Site, Merchandising, Product, Pricing and Planning, and Creative to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging and strategy
  • Be an authority on copy and design, leveraging past performance data to back decisions
  • Manage site credits issuance
  • Plan marketing promotions for consignors and buyers, including any testing, and align with cross functional teams on business needs


What You Bring To The Role


MInimum Requirements:


  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a demanding and ambiguous environment with competing priorities
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets to analyze marketing campaign performance and forecast future impact
  • Adept in strategic thinking with a passion for innovation and creative problem solving
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2C marketing, product management, or analytics with an emphasis on owned channels


Preferred Requirements:


  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Prior ecommerce, retention, lead generation, loyalty or mobile marketing experience, especially in a promo-driven environment

The expected salary range for this role is $57,317.00 - $73,693.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
