Bigo Live - a global live-video social platform
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing&Partnerships Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the social media marketing of our brand, and specifically overseeing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and multi-channel networks (MCNs). You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns, manage social media accounts, and develop and execute KOL strategies that will drive engagement, grow our audience, and increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
· Identify, qualify and innovate potential partnership opportunities to serve business growth and achieve new user acquisition.
· Identify and recruit new influencers and communities who are fit for the platform to support brand growth and user acquisition.
· Responsible for planning, managing and reporting marketing and influencer campaigns within the allocated budgetary guidelines and deadlines.
· Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, such as new users acquired, retention, ROI and measuring campaigns’ performance against the KPIs.
· Create and manage marketing calendar and project plans including objectives, roadmap, SWOT and step-by-step action plan to ensure success of a campaign.
· Develop company overview and presentations, provide product training to partners/influencers and support other necessary steps in the campaign management process.
· Monitor and analyze market and industry trends, emerging influencers, and competitor performance to strategize on company’s marketing activities.
· Act as the main interface between the partnership and marketing team; Work with cross-functional teams including user operation team, legal, finance, PR to develop joint marketing plans based on market trends and competitors.
Requirements:
· Minimum 8 years of experience in a marketing or user growth role in the tech or pan-entertainment space.
· Extensive experience in campaign management and influencer marketing is a must.
· Strategic thinking for developing effective marketing campaigns and influencer programs.
· Solid understanding of 360 marketing strategies and online acquisition marketing tools (SEO, Social, Affiliate, Influencer, Media Buy etc.).
· Must be proactive, fast-thinking, self-starter who can own and lead initiatives.
· Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
· Ability to derive actionable insights from campaign metrics and marketing data.
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business or related fields.
