Maintain comprehensive calendar that lists timelines, offer details and execution strategy for past, current and future promotions.

Execute promotions through timely, accurate creation of coupon codes, product bundles and price drops needed to support offers.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a regionally accredited program or 5+ years relevant work experience.

2 years’ experience working in a multi-unit retail environment; eCommerce or marketing agency experience preferred.

Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience preferred.

Proficient written/verbal communication and presentation skills using spoken English.

Partake in ongoing development in brand management, sales strategies, effective marketing tactics, and building customer rapport

At least 1 year of experience in a marketing, promotions, advertising, branding, sales, or client-facing role

Strong planning and problem solving skills

Drive to achieve success beyond the status quo and eagerness to enhance new skills

Qualifications We Look For In A Promotions Associate:

Assist in promotional campaigns by marketing and promoting products, delivering an accurate brand story, and relating to consumers' needs

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

Manage promotions efforts of staff and external agencies.

Manage marketing budgets to meet promotional goals.

5+ years’ experience managing digital media campaigns

Experience in marketing partnerships and promotions

Promotional Agency background or experience managing a Promotional Agency

Develop and test new promotions capabilities and tactics

Advocate for the customer experience

1+ years of experience in a direct marketing/CRM role, using multiple channels to communicate with customer base

Maintain promotions calendar and supporting documentation across all products and surfaces

Responsible for creation and maintenance of all promotional discount codes for CRM and additional teams throughout the organization

Minimum two years’ experience leading project management, program development and implementation.

Ongoing management of existing programs and resources available to Local 689 members

Ongoing management and sustainability for programs created by the DoHW.

Deliver and implement health education and behavioral change programs to positively impact quality of life for TEHW’s membership.

Assist with development of employee communications such as health education materials and flyers.

Explore ideas and opportunities to create personal experiences to increase member participation.

Time-management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple, competing priorities.

Bachelor’s degree, combinations of job-related experience and education that meet the minimum requirement may be substituted.

Measure and report out on results to optimize loyalty campaigns and offers

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Comms or combination of relevant education, experience and training

2+ years of experience in digital marketing &/or an online gaming operations role

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Develop and oversee the end-to-end execution of Sportsbook and Casino promotions on the Fanatics Sportsbook

Set up promotional campaigns within our Back Office (promo engine and CMS) platform, including terms and conditions, creative, and key language

Maintain the promotion calendar and communicate with channel teams on campaign execution

File management on all major program initiatives – (partner creative, pitch sheets, Roadmaps, ICCPs, Ap.com)

Demonstrate organization skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

Working knowledge of internet, websites, social media as well as Adobe and Photoshop

Work with Manager of Membership to develop member programming and help grow membership base

8+ Years of film/event programming and promotional experience.

Work closely with SVP & GM to plan, book, present and promote first-run, repertory and special event programming for IFC Center.

Edit, write and produce quarterly calendar, oversee its distribution. Develop and produce other programming marketing materials.

Moderate Q&As and host screenings, in collaboration with other admin/programming staff.
