Summary


Role Summary/Purpose


By becoming a member of GE Vernova’s Communications team, you will help build the story and engagement around a significant and public company transformation. You’ll work closely with teams from across the world to demonstrate GE Vernova’s progress, performance, and path to growth in a dynamic environment.


The Culture + HR Communications Leader w ill serve as a strategic communications partner and advisor to GE's Chief People Officer and Human Resource executive leaders. This role will oversee direction and delivery of culture and purpose communications by ensuring consistent messaging, appropriate positioning and visibility across key stakeholder groups.


Essential Responsibilities


  • Provide broad support to all-employee communication projects and efforts.
  • Provide counsel to executive leadership team members to ensure communication priorities and messaging are aligned with company strategy
  • Drive purpose communications internally and partner with external teammates for amplification
  • Create and execute ongoing communications strategy, develop content and evaluate the best channels for delivery of messaging.
  • Manage employee communication cadences to drive two-way dialogue between executive leadership and employees
  • Partner with Human Resources team to drive culture campaigns and manage global organizational change communication strategies and execution


Qualifications/Requirements


  • Collaborates across functions and teams with humility and grace.
  • Must be creative, and able to adapt quickly in a changing environment
  • Significant experience in communications with specific experience in employee communications
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft programs
  • Ability to build credibility quickly and become a sought-after resource for communications advice and counsel
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related field (Communications, Marketing)
  • Unyielding commitment to integrity & safety
  • Life-long learner; thirsty for knowledge and curious
  • The right candidate should have experience leading, partnering and influencing teams
  • Experience leading communications on a global scale
  • Resilient and calm under pressure.
  • Experience in Corporate Communications and/or Content writing (web/print)

If Contracted In The United States


The salary range for this position is 120,000.00 - 200,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 15% variable incentive bonus. Available health and welfare benefits include healthcare, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage; savings account options (such as a Health Care Flexible Savings Account, Health Reimbursement Account, Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account, and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account); and an employee assistance program.
