- Design and roll out performance management programming across rganization.
- Create and execute initiatives and programs that promote a positive work environment including the design and roll out of reward and recognition programs in partnership with leaders and people function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective communication channels, tools, and processes to facilitate transparent and open communication across the organization.
- Design and implement on boarding for various employee cohorts.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop and deliver comprehensive training and development programs to support employee growth and professional development.
- Lead efforts to assess employee satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to enhance overall employee experience.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employee engagement strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, values, and culture.
- Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring they are embedded within the culture and practices of the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance and recommendations on organizational policies, practices, and strategies to improve employee engagement and culture.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices related to employee engagement and culture, staying abreast of new methodologies, technologies, and approaches to continuously improve strategies and initiatives.
- You possess excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- You have worked at a fast-paced start-up and deadline-driven environment.
- You have proven experience in developing and implementing innovative employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- You have a demonstrated understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts and experience integrating DEI initiatives into organizational culture.
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- You have strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate others towards a common vision and goals.
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- You possess a strong knowledge of employee engagement best practices, organizational culture development, and change management principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 15+ years in a similar role, leading employee engagement, culture, or related initiatives within a fast-paced and dynamic organization.
