Job Description

The position will report to the Manager, People Experience. This role is a hybrid role based in NYC that requires 3 days per week in the office.


Overall Responsibilities:


  • Process workflows for employment changes including but not limited to initiating employee onboarding, I-9 verification, changes (title, compensation, et al) and terminations in applicable HR systems
  • Partner with IT to set up laptops for new hires and keep track of equipment for employees onboarding and offboarding
  • Work on various projects as needed
  • Build creditability and trust among employees at all levels of the organization
  • Act as point person for ad hoc employee requests and questions
  • Partner in planning and execution of quarterly company outings, events and happenings
  • Provide ongoing support to the People Experience team for special projects and key initiatives such as Talent Review, the Performance Development process, merit increases and bonus payouts
  • Act as a liaison with the day-to-day relationship and regular activities with our Professional Employer Organization (PEO), including maintaining employee data, monthly reporting, and compliance
  • Maintain organizational charts and employee files on a regular basis to ensure they are always up-to-date and accurate


Job Requirements/Qualifications:


  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive mindset, ability to multi-task and prioritize issues
  • 2+ years Human Resources experience in a corporate environment, preferably at a high growth company
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Positive and team-player attitude that can build strong relationships quickly and organically at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive company and employee data with integrity and discretion.
  • Highly proactive in anticipating team needs
  • Curiosity for the business and Human Resources


In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
