The People & Culture team is responsible for the development, execution and improvement of all practices that span the full employee life cycle including but not limited to: Employee engagement, Career management, Talent acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Rewards, Training, Policy Development, Company perks and programs, Employee Relations, M&A, Performance Management and Talent Development.


Are you looking for an experience that will give you first hand talent acquisition and human resources experience, research and help with new ways of hiring, learning and supporting technologies, knowledge management and employer branding experience? As a People & Culture intern you will play an important role in helping fuel Fingerpaint’s growth with extraordinary people. This intern will work closely with a team members and will be an active member of the team. We will delegate projects crafted to be completed and delivered by the end of your internship that are intended to provide you with operational experience as well as better understanding of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.


  • Scheduling of candidate interviews
  • Learn about the various roles and departments at Fingerpaint
  • Entry level sourcing of candidates
  • Special projects and more!
  • Shadow team on interviews
  • Work with the team on strategies for college recruiting through a student perspective
  • Develop social media marketing campaigns


The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to check their shyness at the door. They have specific interest in talent acquisition and human resources. They have great interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills. They are able to work independently and learn on the fly. You have a strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This position will be operating remotely.
