POSITION OVERVIEW
Sky Zone, LLC. owns and operates popular indoor entertainment venues for all its members and guests. We’re a place where kids and parents can have fun, be active together, and enjoy spending hours jumping on trampolines, going down slides, or dunking a basket on one of our bouncy floors. As a Field People & Culture (HR) Business Partner, you play a critical role in supporting the managers and teams that help bring this fun to life by making sure that all people decisions are aligned to our values and overall people strategy.
Reporting to the People & Culture Field Director, you will provide Human Resources direction and guidance to District Managers, General Managers, and Assistant General Managers by serving as their main point of contact for all people related initiatives and issues. You will help these management teams navigate and resolve employee relations issues; understand and maintain legal and company compliance standards; and confidently execute conversations regarding career growth, performance improvement, compensation, and equity. This position is highly geared towards employee relations and compliance.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with employee relations and HRBP experience who is self-motivated, organized, and able to juggle the demands of a multi-unit environment. Though this is a work from home opportunity, you are the face and energy behind our people experience and will be expected to spend up to 20% of your time travelling to our parks and working hand in hand with the managers and their teams.
