Type of Vacancy: 1099 Contract, 5 days a week

What We Offer
We value our team members and compensate them accordingly. You can expect monthly fees ranging from $8,652 to $10,300 for a rewarding five (5) days a week commitment. Your experience will be duly recognized, and your compensation will reflect that.
Role And Responsibilities
As an instructional coach for our program, you'll play a vital role in shaping the educational landscape. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Engaging in the coaching cycle of inquiry, supporting teachers, coaches, and leaders to identify needs, set goals, implement strategies, and discuss data.
Empowering teachers through dynamic professional learning in PLCs, fostering a growth mindset for both adults and students.
Collaborating and coaching other coaches at the building or district level, enhancing the collective impact on student learning outcomes.
Facilitating engaging in-person and virtual sessions that promote curriculum planning, research-based instructional strategies, and data-informed decision-making.
Completing administrative tasks, such as creating coaching plans, logging interactions, and assisting in data collection efforts.
Essential Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with a passion for driving positive change in education. To be considered for this role, you should possess:
At least two (2) years of experience as an instructional coach, with a proven track record of positively impacting student learning outcomes.
A talent for designing and delivering impactful professional learning experiences, both in virtual and in-person settings.
The ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders in the education community.
Outstanding communication and influence skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be highly regarded:
Deep knowledge of HMH/Into Reading curriculum.
If providing in-person professional learning, proof of full COVID-19 vaccination and compliance with safety protocols will be necessary.
