Junior Product Manager Jobs

Location: Remote

Contract: Strictly W2 for USC/GC applicants

Duration: 6 Months to start with, extendable/C2H.

Experience: 3 to 5 years only

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and work with global teams to be part of a wide and powerful platform.
• Lead feature development decisions, prioritization, and execution.
• Collect and respond to customer and stakeholder feedback, appropriately adjusting future scope, timing, and priority of deliverables.
• Work closely with user experience and engineering teams to refine, test and build experiences.
• You will be the evangelist for your team, driving awareness, understanding metrics, and course correcting as needed.
• Plan sprints, develop the backlog, and create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications to communicate feature requirements to the design and engineering teams in an Agile environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or eCommerce industries
• Being a team player and a collaborative person by nature
• You are able to cope with a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Being a self-starter and taking initiative, able to take high-level direction and drive the team towards execution.
• The ability to drive clear decisions and proactively communicate with all stakeholders.
• Ability to work directly with engineers on detailed requirements and prioritization decisions.
• You have experience in a product management or program management role .
• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
