Onward Search needs a Product Manager for a large e-Commerce client. As a Product Manager, your primary accountability will encompass overseeing partner requisitions targeted at pivotal buyer-oriented pages. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the comprehensive on-site product encounter throughout implementation of these modifications. Your adaptability, organizational acumen, collaborative spirit, and inquisitiveness will be essential as the landscape evolves. These attributes will be pivotal as the team constructs novel encounters and elevates existing products, enhancing one of the globe's most extensive e-commerce platforms.

This is a three-month project opportunity located in San Jose, CA.

As a Product Manager you’ll:

• Evaluate demonstrations, offer insights, and endorse development solutions, facilitating extensive enhancements to user experience and platform capabilities.
• Oversee correspondence with cross-functional collaborators to ensure congruence and punctual release of product functionalities.
• Confer endorsement for experiment launch; assess timing, duration, experimental framework, hypotheses, and success benchmarks. Sanction complete features deployment, assesses outcomes, and aids in formulating future hypotheses.
• Champion consensus-building regarding proposed remedies, priority setting, scope delineation, and strategic planning with collaborating teams.
• Responsible for acquiring an in-depth understanding of the customer domain and fostering close collaboration with PMs across diverse projects.
• Forge strong partnerships with our Product and Engineering counterparts to participate in defining, gauging, and outlining incoming product demands targeted at enhancing the Buyer Experience on managed pages.
• Evolve into a specialist concerning customer requirements and challenges. Foster comprehension of partner PMs' necessities to collaboratively shape and direct them toward optimal customer experiences.
• Promote a culture of excellence, customer focus, scalability, and dependability.

Skills & Experience needed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent practical industry background.
• Outstanding aptitude for creative problem-solving and analysis, with a proven track record of recognizing and effectively addressing customer inquiries.
• Deep-seated empathy for customers and an unwavering commitment to crafting remarkable user experiences spanning web and mobile platforms.
• Innate customer-centric orientation, consistently prioritizing customer requisites and considerations as paramount in decision-making processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and managing associated platforms, including adeptness in scrutinizing extensive unstructured data collections to extract pivotal insights and trends.
• Preferred product management expertise encompassing a comprehensive grasp of methodologies, processes, and analytical techniques. Familiarity with JIRA is an advantageous asset.
• Exceptional prowess in communication and interpersonal aptitude, adept at fostering robust internal connections and cultivating external customer relationships.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or closely related roles, demonstrating a profound dedication to exceptional product standards.
