We’re looking for an energetic, hard-working individual to become our next Junior Lead Development Manager for a growing Pet Grooming business!

We have recently partnered with a mobile pet grooming business to assist in driving new customer acquisition and propelling their brand recognition and market share. Due to increased demand in Southern California, we are seeking to add an Junior Lead Development Manager to our team. We provide training for all of our team members in lead generation, entry level sales, community outreach, and customer interactions. Junior Lead Development Manager Daily Responsibilities:

• Maintain a working knowledge of the pet grooming services available and scheduling requirements
• Build sustainable relationships with potential customers by utilizing active listening and relationship building skills to maintain engagement and interest throughout the sales process
• Identify qualified leads, acquire contact information, and connect with prospects to create a sales pipeline
• Develop sales opportunities for the Pet Grooming Sales Department by connecting with pet owners throughout the local area and discussing mobile pet grooming options
• Collaborate with the Senior Sales staff and Pet Grooming clientele to maintain a lead generation database and create repeat business

Requirements for our Junior Lead Development Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or entrepreneurship is highly preferred, but not required
• Relentless work ethic and appetite for personal and professional growth
• Entrepreneurial-minded self-starter with a passion for business, sales, and working with animals!
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, marketing, promotions, or business development with a track record and reputation for high performance
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship building and consultation skills
