AI Product Manager

Position Overview:

As an AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of AI-powered tools within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and marketing specialists, to conceptualize, plan, and deliver innovative AI products. Your main focus will be on creating user-friendly tools that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to enhance user experiences, solve problems, and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to keep the development process on track.
• Champion user-centered design principles to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines the timeline for product development and enhancements.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop a clear and compelling product strategy and vision for AI-powered tools that align with the company's overall mission and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and functionalities based on business value and customer needs.
• Ensure that AI tools comply with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage product development cycles efficiently.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI tool launches, including positioning, messaging, and marketing campaigns.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success and impact of AI tools.
• Oversee the integration of AI capabilities into the tools, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the AI tools are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to define technical requirements, feasibility, and constraints for AI-powered features.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.
• Fluent in English and Chinese langauges
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and technology.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on AI, machine learning tools.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in products.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security principles related to AI products.
