Product Development Manager Jobs

Ability to pivot quickly and think critically. The Center owns several brands that encompass skincare, bodycare, haircare, color cosmetics, fine fragrance, and OTC products. Daily tasks change to meet development obstacles and launch timelines.

Maintains a consistent organized work environment and ongoing motivation to reach objectives under fast-paced circumstances to meet crucial deadlines.

Knowledge of basic formulation to aid in R&D development with key partners, review and approve production batches, and troubleshoot production batches as necessary.

Communicates well and understands vernacular needed to work with outside partners such as contract manufacturers and raw material suppliers as well as internal teams including marketing, customer service, product management, and packaging.

Passion and enthusiasm for trying products on the market and testing new formulas.

Familiar with safety testing, stability, and compatibility testing of products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

MUST HAVE a technical background whether through education or R&D job experience.

Reports to the Director of Product Development.
