POSITION: Product Specialist

LOCATED: At Retail Partners throughout North America or Boutique location

REPORTING TO: General Manager or Field Management

FLSA: Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW: Th is position is responsible for executing the Customer Experience and sales strategy on behalf of the International Cosmetics & Perfumes (ICP) brands - currently The House of Creed. The individual in this role delivers a captivating, branded customer experience and enables consistent sales growth that can positively represent our prestigious brand, Creed. This position is a key role in championing sales goals and effectively representing ICP. This role will also promote and maintain the intrinsic company culture that fosters the firm’s core values of: Transparency, Recognition, Accountability, and Communication.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales plan at the store level by exhibiting accountability for overall function of the Creed Sales Team including support to achieve sales plan in all designated stores in market.
• Partner closely with ICP Manager to drive all aspects of the business.
• Communicate / escalate all store, counter, product concerns to ICP Manager or appropriate person.
• Accountable for event presell, goals and set up.
• Supporting monthly morning meetings; Department Wide Meetings, Store Wide Meetings, and Out of Home-base Meetings in conjunction with the ICP Management Team and store PS for the stores.
• Drive sales by stepping out from the counter to engage with customers and build brand awareness.
• Achieve personal sales goals, by developing relationships throughout the store to promote ICP brands and intersell including pre-sale and launch goals set by ICP Manager
• Champion and drive Customer Experience (CX) while being an example and holding CX standard while supporting out of home base sales.
• Support and execute action plans based on market calendar to maximize sales, including executing presell launches and events in stores while partnering with ICP Managers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent selling, event planning and execution skills, to use to continually educate and motivate the sales force.
• Experience in and comfortable with working with a retail style team setting and building relationships
• Minimum of 5 years of retail sales experience, demonstrating progression in positions that drive retail sales.
• Possesses good computer and keyboarding skills and is knowledgeable of various reporting tools and systems to support business needs.
• Proficiency in the retail and fragrance business with an understanding of retail partners and store organization, some of which preferably comes from the luxury fragrance/skincare industry.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the ability and willingness to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to move about in store, kneeling, stooping, using stairs, carrying, bending, stretching, and twisting
