About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager focused on Content Discovery initiatives. The Content Discovery product team is part of the product org that is responsible for helping Tubi’s millions of users easily find the content they enjoy watching on living room devices, phones, and web browsers.
Responsibilities:

• You will be focused on building world-class content discovery experiences for Tubi in the living room (smart TVs, set-top boxes, and game consoles)
• You will work closely with content, design, engineering, machine learning, operations, sales, and marketing to break down complex problems into goal-oriented product plans and specifications that will drive our business forward
• This is a role that will have executive and broader XFN visibility in various forums such as product reviews and all hands
• You will be driving product development from concept to launch, unblocking progress, owning core app metrics, and driving A/B testing to ship impactful features that increase TVT
• You will manage the roadmap of the content evaluation workstream with little day-to-day oversight

Your Background:

• 2+ years of experience building UX for consumer brands
• BA/BS in a related field
• Experience defining KPIs to measure success, fluent with A/B testing, and making data-informed tradeoff decisions
• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience partnering with user research teams to understand customer needs
• Experience partnering with designers to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes
• Demonstrates excellent spec writing skills

Nice to have:

• Experience developing media/streaming applications
• Experience building Connected TV experiences

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive plan, and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
