Product Manager Jobs

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our team in developing product plans, specifications, liking with our marketing, sales, engineering to execute related projects. Successful candidate will play a crucial role in the product developing and updating cycle - presenting new products and strategies, contributing with marketing/creative teams, working with control cycle and managing product life cycles and product releases. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion to take an active and leading role in making our product line a success story.

Responsibilities:

• Help strengthen product development processes under consideration of the control cycle
• Conduct market and competition research and help identify and ideate product opportunities
• Present new products and strategy at the sales meetings
• Work together with marketing/creative teams to ensure accurate and compliant product presentation and promotion
• Link with sales and marketing to align development efforts with appropriate strategies
• Be involved in the product standardization efforts
• Execute projects from concept stage to validation, development, and product release
• Link with factory engineering and assist in developing product plans and specifications
• Assist in managing product life cycle and drive product updates
• Become a member of the Intex intellectual properties team, adding further technical expertise
• Link with the EU compliance manager on product specifications and requirements

Qualifications:

• Around 10 years of experience with managing product lines in a dynamic cross-functional environment that includes identifying and analyzing target market trends, consumer/customer needs, assessing competition and successfully creating or assisting creation of product strategies.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in product design and engineering.
• Experience with project management from research and planning to ideation, creating product requirements, work with product development and engineering teams as well as marketing teams with track-record of successful product launch.

Additional Plus factors:

• Experience with consumer packaged goods/hard lines, and familiarity with customer base comparable to Intex's are a plus.
