Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Serve as a global expert on Viatris’ Serialization processes for IT systems, lead the process analysis and design, gap analysis and change management exercises in support of the global harmonization of business processes.
• Lead TSA exit and stand-alone serialization portfolio and deliver on Regulatory commitments, by enabling Business to Business Solutions with Internal and external warehouses, 3PL’s and regulatory repositories.
• Act as platform technology owner for SAP ATTP, SAP ICH, TraceLink, Optel and Systech. Provide direct leadership to NA Serialization team and lead various technology integrations.
• Lead the coordination with Business Process Owners, other team members, consultants, and offshore resources, to define solutions for new problems, projects or opportunities and prioritize issues and projects within the product serialization process.
• Lead the IT solution teams to formulate solutions for global processes and serve as an escalation point for regional production support or project issues.
• Manage multiple teams of resources either with direct reporting or matrix reporting in multiple geographies, to assure Viatris business processes are maintained and changed in a non-disruptive manner in accordance with Business Process Owner requirements and expectations.
• Lead, coordinate and manage consistent delivery of solutions for Viatris serialization needs with focus on overall global solution leadership.
• Coordinate and work with other Global Functional Leaders to understand integration points with SAP and other systems, as well as grasp the impact of all proposed system changes.
• Acts as a SPOC for Serialization related matters during M&A, Business unit divestures, CMO onboarding and driving technology discussions with business partners.
• Scope also includes establishing a Global CoE for Serialization practice, drive harmonization across multiple verticals and acquired entities.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Established experience in consulting engagements and formal education in IT or logistics area. In-depth knowledge of logistics & warehouse processes.
• Proven experience in analysis, optimization, and system implementation of complex processes. Proven analytical skills in evaluation and resolution of system and process issues.
• Must understand complex Track and Trace projects and Global GS1 concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives, and ability to present those concepts to both IT and non-IT audiences in a concise and easily understandable manner.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience in XML, EPCIS, GS1 standards and SOAP Web service configuration.
• Strong knowledge in Network Firewall, Security and AD Integration and Collaborate with the responsible IT Stream for connectivity.
• Must possess knowledge of: Integrated ERP, ATTP, TraceLink and L2/L3 line serialization technologies and IT project methodologies
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements (US DSCSA, EU FMD, Brazil ANVIA, Russia CRPT, Egypt EDA) and deliver solutions with integration to ERP, SAP ATTP, SAP ICH, Tracelink solutions.
• Six years of experience and knowledge of GS1 standards and Global Serialization regulatory requirements – US DSCSA, EU FMD, Russia CRPT, Brazil ANVISA, India DGFT, China, South Korea, Egypt EDA and Saudi Arabia mandates. Functional knowledge of Enterprise Serialization Platform – SAP ATTP, SAP ICH, Tracelink.
• This role may have remote flexibility.
• Experience in Life Sciences industry and/or business Serialization functional experience.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $119,000 - $226,000.
