Job Description

Lane Health is a mission-driven healthcare and fintech innovator. We’re looking to add an exceptional Service Coordinator who wants to make a difference as we change the healthcare landscape.


Position Purpose:

A breakthrough role for an independent contributor who is eager to learn about the healthcare and fintech space, curious about the role they play, and willing to accept feedback to enhance career development. As we grow, you grow!


Role Responsibility:

  • Master Lane Health systems and Products to become a Subject Matter Expert to support internal groups and external clients/partners.
  • Identify, document, and assist in automation efforts as well as ensure all manual processes are working accordingly by maintaining a working knowledge of all existing file template types.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for policies and procedures.
  • Configure setup for clients and members to include demographics, accounts/plans, fees, and other related aspects of setup configuration.
  • Collaborate as needed to ensure learnings from root cause analysis, remediation, and are applied to prevent future issues from occurring.
  • Assemble, manipulate, and format data and reports using various software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Notepad++, and others.
  • Apply best practice methodologies, recommending and implementing methods to improve the accuracy and efficiency of tasks.
  • Coordinate and provide support to internal and external partners, during the client/partner onboarding process.
  • Conduct quality control reviews of operational automated processes. Identifying and resolving issues as needed.
  • Research and resolve escalations that may require coordination and follow-up with internal and external partners.
  • Thrives on other duties as assigned.
  • Support various operational processes such as member communications, inbound corporate mail, claims adjudication, and substantiation.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Extraordinary commitment to the service of clients/partners and members.
  • Comfortable being on camera during internal/external meetings and interacting with clients/vendors as needed.
  • Ability and willingness to develop and maintain effective relationships.
  • Consistent access to an appropriate home office/work setting, including internet, phone and printer.
  • Relevant industry or academic experience.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptable to changing environments and workloads.

  • Ability to prioritize, manage and execute multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while working remotely.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Travel as required.
