The Job

We are looking for a motivated, confident, well-organized, and detail-oriented IT guru with a passion for success to serve as an IT Solutions Consultant. This is a work from home (WFH) position, with no travel requirements. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and apply your technical skills. You will work as part of the Professional Services team. This role requires attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

What you'll do every day:

• Answer all technical questions from internal team members
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed to scope of work and Medix standards
• Lead discovery for the sales team to gather information needed to provide an accurate quote on what hardware will be needed for product replacements, new office buildouts, expansions, etc.
• Demonstrate and/or explain current product solutions to our team and partners
• Live and support core values
• Assist the sales team by performing an IT Analysis for partners during the pre-onboarding phase and document findings in IT Glue
• Handle assigned tickets within ConnectWise
• Provide recommendations for server builds and work with third party vendors to obtain and ensure quotes are accurate before sending recommendations to the sales team to be quoted.
• Troubleshoot/resolve escalated tickets from Service Desk as needed
• Craft solutions to our partners' problems and/or needs
• Collaborate with internal departments and outside vendors to collect and provide feedback on products and offerings

• A solid technical knowledge foundation

Qualifications:

• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills when collaborating with partners and teammates.
• Dental software and hardware experience preferred.
