What you'll do
- Leadership – Client Partners are the face of Ascendion for large enterprise clients, cultivating a customer-centric relationship and maintaining a deep understanding of the client’s current business operations such as the organization structure, market positioning, and products and services
- Consultative Selling – Prioritize relationships and maintain open dialogue to identify and provide solutions for customers. Actively listen to client's pain-points and provide new services solutions
- Sales Revenue – Deliver significant quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year revenue growth by converting sales leads into opportunities for closed business and more recurring revenue streams
- Team Management- Drive sales team to open new accounts and grow existing wallet-share
- Account Management – Maximize the account's profitability, manage day-to-day tasks of the given account, monitor the delivery of client escalation, and be a proactive problem solver
- Trusted Insights – Provide visibility, market trends, and insights to the client to be the “trusted advisor”
- Relationship Building – Develop & build strong client relationships with the key stakeholders starting at the VP level and up to the C-Suite
About you
- A strong background and experience within the global delivery service model
- Experience managing Starbucks as a large enterprise client at a top-tier IT Services and Digital Transformation company
- 5+ years experience in engagement management/Client Partner roles.
- 3+ years experience in working with Starbucks
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and client satisfaction rating goals
- Demonstrated success in developing winning proposals for IT Services
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree in computer science or business-related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in the IT consulting and services industry
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers to create a results-driven and team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage executive (CXO) relationships

- Base salary range is $140,000-190,000 commensurate with experience with a competitive annual performance bonus
