Must possess knowledge of: Integrated ERP, ATTP, TraceLink and L2/L3 line serialization technologies and IT project methodologies

Experience in XML, EPCIS, GS1 standards and SOAP Web service configuration.

Strong knowledge in Network Firewall, Security and AD Integration and Collaborate with the responsible IT Stream for connectivity.

Experience in Life Sciences industry and/or business Serialization functional experience.

Excellent relationship, change management, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, or other relevant discipline

Detailed business process knowledge across multiple business domains such as Finance, Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing, Research & Development and Business Development.

Working knowledge with IT software evaluation, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

Experience with SAP and the functional modules supporting the business functions of this role preferred.

The ideal candidate will have experience with sales, marketing, or e-commerce teams.

3+ years of prior project management and legal staffing experience

Knowledge of litigation, discovery process

Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Make hiring decisions on project managers and project engineer positions

Recruit document review attorneys for projects

Onboarding new hires and offboarding

Applies broad knowledge of their job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience

Assist in Change Management activities

Identify business value when developing ideas with a focus on digital awareness, risk assessment, business continuity and business capability requirements.

Perform research and interviews to determine IT business requirements and then translate such into specifications/User Stories for technical projects

Bachelor Degree and 6+ years relevant experience OR Bachelor and Master’s Degree with 5+ years relevant experience

Identify, screen and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet (internal and external) customer needs.

Maintain regular adherence to company guidelines and metrics, such as requirements, interviews, meetings, starts, headcount, and gross profit dollars.

Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities by engaging with key decision makers and managers, leveraging personal contacts and client relationships.

Manage a consistent pipeline of business opportunities and actively participate in internal sales meetings.

Minimum of 1 years experience in the IT staffing industry.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by offering company’s services to new customers.

Manage relationships with customers and take full ownership of the customer relationship.

Experience selling software services, staffing or solutions to enterprise customers. Preferably in Microsoft/Salesforce ecosystems.
